Refund policy
Transfers are all non-refundable -Please make sure upon ordering you notate sizes of screen prints and DTF transfers.
Due to the nature of the UV items, we are not responsible for placement issues.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Contact us at marcourtco@gmail.com with a picture and video along with the order number so we may assess the situation. Without a video we will not replace items.
If we find the wrap transfer is malfunctioning, we will replace the items, but we will not issue a refund. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards
Refunds /returns
if you return an item, we will inspect and if we find the item if faulty, we will issue a replacement only. WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the replacement was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically issued a replacement within 5 days - (Time does not include shipping time)
If more than 10 days have passed since you placed and received your order, we will not issue replacements due to us not knowing how they were stored or what environment they were kept in.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
